Worli, Mumbai

An upcoming one-of-kind landmark envisions to beam over the Mumbai skyline. Placed right at the edge of the coast with an unhindered view of Haji Ali and the Worli sea-face; this uber-luxury project is the ‘it’ location to be.

Spanning across 5 lakh sq. ft of luxe spaces surrounded by an urban setting, the architectural style follows chic modern aesthetics that never get out of vogue.

White precast concrete panels with beveled edges and a metal flashing rim create a majestic facade that promotes ultra-luxury living. The challenge was to deliver a luxurious setting within a tight plot while providing seamless circulation. This uber-luxury high-rise building manages to mount over the adjacent buildings, opening up pristine views of the city without any hindrances.

With a composite form of construction, the entire floor slab is sunk to provide maximum flexibility for the residents to explore and try out different interior layouts. The porcelain panel sheets with metal framing around the windows, give a sense of regal elegance while the corner balconies impart openness to the beaming skyline.

This proposal for a high-rise structure spans a whopping 235 meters, housing over 14 duplexes with 6800 sq. ft at the lower level and 5400 sq. ft at the upper level. Followed by a Triplex at the top level. Each apartment has a bare shell design curated for a high-end user with massive deck areas with a 360-degree view of the cityscape.

This being in a close proximity to the sea face, there is Mahalaxmi race course on one side and the seaview on the other side, added with the picturesque cityscape around. To bring in these facets, the apartments were planned to bring in the extensive views. The high-rise tower also includes 2 basements with 16 levels for parking with a car lift.

The aesthetics are derived from the theme of chic modern aesthetics to create an uber-luxury setting for the apartments. The exterior has clean and sleek lines with symmetry in the plan while opening up 360-degree views.

In a city like Mumbai, it’s hardly possible to get access to multiple vistas from a single location. With CTS-01 the designers have successfully devised a structure that thrives on these vistas by making it a part of the design.
