Its 72 floors emerge with deliberate grace, each volume shaped to capture light, views, and the rhythm of the city without overwhelming the human experience. The design principle focuses on reduction to create a space that feels deeply personal and expressive.
The unique hexagonal footprint acts as the architect’s muse, an unconventional geometry that seamlessly synthesises structure and space. This deliberate form allows the interiors to unfold into generous atriums and sweeping terraces, orchestrating panoramic engagement with the city while rigorously preserving a sense of privacy and intimacy.
The structural columns perform a design duality; sometimes vanishing within walls, sometimes emerging as architectural sculptures. This strategic placement organises the flow and composes breathtaking sea views along the circulation path.
A dramatic 200 metre high central atrium bathes the tower’s core in natural light, ensuring an effortless spatial and atmospheric continuity throughout the residence. The homogeneous approach of connectivity further extended to induce the horizons of sea, indoors. Large openings, adding transparency with glass, and outdoor spaces blended the panoramic views in a cohesive environment.
Within this architectural framework, the interiors unfold with restrained clarity. The interiors carry the philosophy of minimalism through clean lines, peaceful colour palette and a monochromatic scheme. The 8,350 sq ft apartments offer more than just breathtaking views of the coast. They are a composition of thoughtful narrative where luxury coexists with form and function.
The monochrome palette maintains calm and allows the eye to move naturally across the space, connecting with the views beyond. A coalesce of the tempest white marble floors and walls painted in limewash with the soft curves in masses create a subtle softness. Fluted veneer panels and brass accents appear sparingly, marking transitions between spaces without disturbing the overall harmony. These varieties of textures narrate a tactile dialogue.
Furniture serves as sculptural statements, carefully sourced to meld craftsmanship and cohesion in design. Every surface and junction is considered to reinforce refinement without excess. Custom rugs, furniture, and finishes have been carefully curated to reinforce coherence.
The spatial experience is furthermore enhanced with art. Works of artists such as Anant Nikam, Suhani Jain, and Milind Bhurke punctuate walls and corners, creating visual rhythm that interacts with the interiors. The conversation between art and architecture is subtle yet powerful, adding depth to the apartment without overwhelming it.
